The bathroom was small and uncomfortable. The foldable door was old and noisy.

The location of this residence is fantastic, with a beautiful park nearby and convenient access to Tube stations. it's just around the corner from Notting Hill's Portobello Street Market. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the garden. The staff was accommodating and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast provided plentiful and tasty options, making for a satisfying start to the day.
The front reception desk staff could have been friendlier and more attentive to the guests' needs.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the spacious rooms and the comfortable beds. The view of the trees along the street added a nice touch to the room. The free coffee machine was a great perk. The location of the hotel was excellent, with the Tube station, shops, and banks all within a short walking distance. There were also fantastic restaurants in a classy neighborhood just a walk away. The staff at Vincent House were exceptional in every way, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Felt very welcome, no reason to complain.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. Located in a beautiful street in a very nice neighborhood, it's just a short walk from Notting Hill Gate tube station. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms on the 2nd floor towards the corner with 3 windows offer a perfect view of the garden. The small but super clean shower has good water pressure, and even the shared bathroom is perfect. Plus, the breakfast spread is impressive with its assortment of foods.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities. The location was ideal, being very close to a Tube station, easy to access all the sights of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was great.
